For some people it seems like their natural state, but it doesn’t work that way for everybody. The daily, busy life, the pressuring environment and expectations from the people around us take can really their toll. 

 

Stressing and pressuring to make it better, or working harder, won’t help. It can trigger a busy mind even more, filled with a thousand thoughts: brain fog, burnout, physical problems. And not to mention the ‘always-know-how-to-kill-the-mood’ inner critic.

Maybe you have ADHD or another neurodivergency, Experience too much stress in your life, had to adapt your behavior too much or faced a lot of rejection. Or maybe you tend to have high standards, fears of failing, or  a tendency toward negativity.

Whatever it is that stands between you and a happier life and a calm mind, we will face it together in the outdoors of Sweden! 

My name is Bas den Blaauwen. I am experienced in coaching and training people dealing with stress, burnout, and busy minds of all kinds.

Intensive coaching

Intensive coaching consists of multiple full mornings of hiking and coaching. Just you, an experienced coach and the beautifull enviroment of the forests and lakes of Sweden.

A typical morning
Imagine yourself in one of Sweden’s green, flourishing forests. It is almost completely silent. You can hear the leaves rustling and the birds singing. There is nobody else here.

We walk a bit, talk a little. Climbing a rocky path up to a viewpoint or down to a lake.

Then we do an exercise — something that gives you tools, guidance, or insights about yourself.

We walk a little more, while you process what you just discovered. Suddenly, we spot a small animal in the forest. We pause to take a look. you almost did not realise all the mental barriers we adressed.

We walk some more, do another exercise, then walk and talk again. We drink coffee. Maybe we make a fire or swim in one of the beautiful lakes that Sweden has to offer.

After this morning we part ways, and you do whatever you want, processing the insights and tools you;ve gotten in the morning.

There’s so much to explore. Here in Sweden, and in your mind. â€‹

How does it work?

For intensive coaching, you make your own accommodation arrangements. We will hike, swim, make fires, and look for animals in between exercises — about 3 hours per day, for 4 days in the same week.

​

After you contact me, we setup an online meeting. There we get to know eachother a little better. You can ask questions and we can see how i can be the best of help to you. We'll discuss options and possibilities.

During an intensive coaching week, we can work on different aspects of your mental state and skills. You do the work with my guidance and  I help make it stick. Don’t worry: you will get plenty of time to absorb everything you learn and discover.
