ADHD coaching

More peace of mind

Perhaps you are experiencing a lack of focus, a cluttered mind, mood swings, indecisiveness, tension, being easily overstimulated, impulsivity or overthinking, being easily understimulated, external pressure, or perhaps only internal pressure.

Does everything hit you hard, or does it take a very long time before you find the words for anything? Do you struggle to get started, or can you simply not stop what you are doing?

What a lot! It's already getting crowded just reading it. Maybe you have one of them, or maybe you're experiencing them all at once.

Improvement in all areas of your life

Whether it concerns work, personal life, or studies, we think in terms of possibilities and make them applicable. Without stress and hassle (because you’ve probably had enough of that already). And with motivation.

Where do you start?

Your development begins with an introductory meeting. Here, you can see if we click, if the ADHD support suits you, and what it can offer you. A diagnosis is not necessary, and it also does not matter to me whether or not you use medication. Recognizing yourself in one of the symptoms is enough to get started.

ADHD guidance and ADHD coaching are always tailored.

Expert by experience

As an expert by experience, I know the harsh realities of ADHD. Over the past few years, I have learned, researched, and, together with the founding of ADHD Masters in the Netherlands, have had the privilege of helping and training a great many people in the field of ADHD. This includes working in my own practices as well as with clients in the areas of personal life, relationships, school, and work.

So, lots of experience and everything in-house to help you with ADHD or ADD!

Clarity

You might think that you first need to be completely clear about where the problem lies or which right words to use, because otherwise we won't understand you.

Or perhaps you think that you have to go through a whole process immediately, or that you have to be suffering a great deal before you can do something about it. But that is not necessary. You don't need to have any skills or clarity beforehand to become self-confident and learn to experience peace in your mind and life. We can teach you this. Often, just a few sessions are enough to notice a difference.

Much more is possible than you think.

Just imagine waking up in the morning without feeling like your mind is already working overtime. Without a jumble of thoughts, unfinished tasks, and worries about everything you “should have done.”

That you start your day with confidence, clarity, and calm. What would that be like? What would your day look like then?

If you have ADHD or ADD, it often feels as if your brain has to work harder than necessary, and you get little in return. The silence is overshadowed by chaos in your head. Your thoughts, your energy, your emotions—everything wants attention at once.

That can be exhausting. And often you just want to know what works for you and how you can function comfortably.

Chances are you have already received many well-intentioned tips that perhaps didn't work, or only worked for a short time. Tips and advice that bring even more pressure or setbacks. Time for a different approach!

Map for ADHD

Imagine if I just gave you a list of all the places you had to visit to avoid any ADHD hassle.

Would you go on a wonderful trip right away then? Or would you not know where to start and how?

And suppose I were to take you to these places step by step, and give you the map. Then you would make a wonderful journey in no time and arrive at your destination much faster, right?

There is also such a roadmap for managing ADHD. You can manage it well without years of therapy. I help you find that roadmap and guide you along the way. In fact, some people even get rid of it completely.

Why coaching for ADHD?

I made this explainer a while ago. In this explainer video, I tell you why coaching for ADHD can help. For those who prefer seeing pictures or videos to reading text. This is in Dutch; turn on subtitles if you are watching from another language.
